We initiated talks with IZALE Financial Group in 2014 following a webinar in which they discussed the process of building an investment program to offset the ever-growing cost of employee benefits.

After several meetings with them, we worked up a plan and presented it to our board. The IZALE leadership was there to assist us with answering the Board’s questions. The Board unanimously approved the plan, which has performed well since its inception in 2014.
