We first began working with IZALE by adding to our BOLI program and moving the servicing of our entire program to them. The provider we first purchased from we never saw again. We do not want to work with a vendor who shows no interest in maintaining a relationship.
We expanded our IZALE relationship with our employee disability insurance benefits; they eventually helped us adjust the program that immediately helped our front-line staff.
Phil Aderton introduced us to their strategic partner, Econocheck. After some due diligence, we launched Peru Fed’s Secure Checking and Secure Checking Plus account offerings that include identity theft protection and cell phone protection. IZALE’s involvement in marketing and employee education was important part of this process. IZALE also helped us determine the account pricing for our market, as we wanted to be sensitive and not overcharge for the benefits offered. The benefits to our customers and the revenue stream to the bank was such a great decision.
IZALE set us up with an insurer’s accelerated underwriting term life insurance program that we are now offering to our customers. What caught my attention was IZALE bringing us another revenue source while offering protection for all clients but particularly our home buyers. As a licensed insurance agent, I’m experienced enough to know that everybody needs life insurance protection.
