Experience

Jeff Prescher brings over 25 years of management and consulting experience serving financial institutions. He is proficient in tax and accounting matters on nonqualified executive benefits and associated cost-recovery strategies. He has collaborated with hundreds of clients, as well as their legal and accounting representatives. He has built dynamic working relationships with regulatory agencies, overseeing banks and/or credit unions.

Prior to joining IZALE, Jeff amassed expertise in developing data management systems, streamlining operational processes, and expanding clients’ reporting capabilities. He provided solutions to banks and credit unions, including executive benefit plan development, complex modeling requirements, online monthly asset value reporting, benefit accounting administration, and regulatory compliance assistance.

Leveraging his analytical skills, he served as the technical lead on executive benefit plans and related cost-recovery strategies using bank-owned Life Insurance (BOLI). Jeff also provided consultative services to large national banks on environmental liability issues on multi-million-dollar commercial real estate transactions.
