Deb joined IZALE in 2017, bringing a diverse set of skills to the firm. Her primary role is enhancing operational efficiency and client service and serving as the company’s presence in the northeast. She is a vital resource for large BOLI plan implementation and client service and has helped streamline operations by executing CRM workflows and facilitating a smooth transition during onboarding. Another pivotal role Deb plays is in her assistance with their Written Information Security Program.
Prior to joining IZALE, Deb was an executive benefits professional for more than a decade. In that capacity, she developed and nurtured client relationships with members of financial institutions. She assumed many leadership roles in operations, finance, and client service, earning rave reviews from clients and colleagues.
Deb Graduated with highest honors from Middlesex Community College with an associate degree in business administration and holds both life and health insurance licenses. She has been inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.

Deb enjoys spending time with her family at their home in Massachusetts – or at their lake house in New Hampshire. She and her husband, and their young son, are outdoor enthusiasts that relish their time on the water. Much to the delight of administrators and teachers, She regularly volunteers at her son’s school. It’s a win-win for Deb; she has an opportunity to demonstrate to all students the importance of education, and it allows her to form relationships with faculty and staff.
