Phil is a fourth-generation Illinois banker with deep roots in the financial services industry. He began his career in a community bank and later sharpened his skills at regional banks. Phil has a strong background in the banking industry and is well-versed on industry trends and how they impact financial institutions. As a result of his expertise in technology sales, he possesses a clear understanding of how these institutions can quickly adapt and thrive in this ever-changing industry.
Since joining IZALE in July 2012, Phil has continued to serve the needs of community banks. He finds it personally fulfilling to deliver IZALE solutions to solve community banks’ pressing needs. His grandfather and father were excellent role models as lifelong community bankers – and he is carrying this tradition forward. Phil enjoys building long-term relationships with community bankers and providing them with technical as well as practical knowledge so they can respond appropriately to opportunities and challenges.

Driven by his passion to make a difference in the lives of others, Phil has invested his time serving on several non-profit boards. Since graduating from college, he enjoys coaching youth and high school basketball.
