Joe has more than 35 years of experience working with credit unions, helping to design and implement supplemental executive retirement programs and employee benefits pre-funding investment strategies. Joe helped develop the concept of employee benefit pre-funding programs, allowing credit unions alternative investment options to increase their investment returns without market exposure.
Joe spent 29 years at one of the largest firms focused on credit unions before retiring. Joe joined IZALE in 2015 to continue to bring appropriate solutions to credit unions. These deliverables include a variety of supplemental executive retirement program options to provide additional retirement dollars to properly compensate credit union executives.

Joe and his wife Debbie have raised five children in their McFarland, Wisconsin home. He is dedicated to serving his community as a volunteer firefighter and EMT. A wrestling fanatic, Joe has officiated high school and college wrestling for more than 40 years.
