As office manager, Fannie Mae facilitates the day-to-day operations at IZALE and manages external and internal communications. With IZALE representatives currently in Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin – serving clients nationwide – her responsibility is to keep the flywheel running smoothly.
Fannie Mae acquired a wealth of experience in branch management and operations from the banking and financial services industry. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, exceeding performance expectations, and demonstrating operational integrity.

- BA in Business and Economics from Illinois Benedictine College.
- Licensed in both Life and Property & Casualty insurance, and a Notary Public.

Her roots run deep in the Chicagoland area; it is where she was born, raised, and currently resides. Fannie Mae’s personal interests include volunteering at various charities, making crafts for family events, and hiking with her partner, Barry, and their dog Riley. They enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling across the great USA. Their travels have even taken them to international destinations.
