Drawing on 30+ years of experience, he provides personalized solutions to his clients’ complex problems. He has polished his people skills while conducting transactions with corporations, institutions, and individuals. Bruce clearly embraces the IZALE motto: value people, improve earnings and protect assets.
Bruce offers comprehensive insurance and investment services to financial institutions, including design, delivery, and service of BOLI and non-qualified deferred compensation programs. Prior to joining IZALE, Bruce was an insurance wholesaler for insurance agencies and agents.
As Vice President and Corporate Client Group Director for Smith Barney for more than two decades, Bruce has managed retirement plans and non-qualified executive compensation. He invested the early years of his career at Lockheed Corporation and other aerospace companies. He gained extensive knowledge in marketing, and contract and program management, which provided him with a solid foundation of business efficiency.

Bruce has sat on several non-profit boards, focusing on finance and mission sustainability. He regularly speaks on a wide range of financial topics.
